Refund Policy – Before & After Service
Before Service
Customers are eligible for a full refund if the service has not yet started. If a cancellation request is raised at least 7 days before the scheduled service date, a 100% refund will be processed.
If the cancellation is made within 24 hours prior to the service start time, 80% of the paid amount will be refunded. The remaining amount will be adjusted towards administrative and operational expenses.
Any confirmation of service commencement—whether digital or physical—will be considered valid proof of service initiation. Refund eligibility will be calculated based on the resources, time, and preparations already invested. Safe Cargo Movers reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of customer misconduct or violation of terms.
After Service
Once the service has started or any third-party service has been booked, Safe Cargo Movers reserves the right to deduct charges corresponding to the work completed, third-party costs, and operational time invested.
Refunds after service commencement will be calculated on a case-to-case basis and may vary depending on service type and stage of execution.
Safe Cargo Movers reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
Refund Timeline
In all eligible cases, the refund amount will be credited to the customer’s bank account within a maximum period of 10 working days.
